Footprints 2 Africa personally delivered incontinence and wound care supplies to Gerd in Johannesburg, South Africa.
Gerd is currently bed bound and living through extremely difficult circumstances. Without access to the basic supplies he urgently needed, his sister reached out to us for help.
The delivery was incredibly emotional. Gerd was overwhelmed when the supplies arrived, knowing he would finally have access to care, comfort and dignity again.
Situations like this highlight the reality many vulnerable people face when essential medical supplies are out of reach. Thanks to the generosity of our supporters, we are able to respond directly to people in urgent need and provide practical support during some of the hardest moments of their lives.
