Sponsor a Child
Every child deserves the opportunity to grow up with dignity, attend school and enjoy childhood without worrying about access to essential healthcare and support. Many families across Africa face significant financial hardship, making it difficult to obtain the care their children need. Every child’s circumstances are different, and sponsorship is tailored to their individual needs. This may include health insurance, essential stoma or menstrual care supplies, nutritional support, healthcare costs or other practical assistance identified by our trusted local partners.
Meet Nevious
Nevious is one of the children currently supported through our Sponsor a Child programme.
Living with a stoma has brought many challenges, but thanks to his sponsor, he receives the support he needs to live with greater comfort, confidence and dignity.
A sponsorship of £35 per month pays for his Amina Health Insurance, helps provide the nutritional support he needs after experiencing malnutrition, and ensures he continues to receive regular stoma supplies.
Together, this support gives Nevious access to healthcare, improves his well being and allows him to focus on being a child.
